At Lovebound Chapters, every product is created with care and attention. Because many of our items are personalised and made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
1. No Refunds for Non-Damaged Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Personalised products where the details were submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Non-personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@loveboundchapters.com].

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement at no extra cost, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund
Email loveboundchapters@gmail.com with:

Your order number
-
Photos showing the damage or fault
-
A brief description of the issue
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

4. Exceptions

We cannot refund for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.

Digital downloads (if offered) are non-refundable once accessed.
