Hi, I’m Sarah, and together with my husband Craig, we started Lovebound Chapters with one simple goal: to help families navigate the journey of adoption with confidence and care.

 

Our story began in 2021 when we adopted our daughter Jessica at 18 months old. It was a life-changing moment, filled with excitement and new beginnings.

Then, in 2025, we welcomed our son Hunter into our family at 3½ years old. Both experiences were incredible, but they also came with challenges—helping our children transition into a new home and a new family while honouring their past.

 

We wanted a way to explain their journey in a way that was clear, comforting, and meaningful. After searching everywhere, we realised there was no product that truly met this need. So, we created one ourselves.

 

As we spoke with social workers and other adoptive parents, we discovered that many families faced the same challenge. That’s when Lovebound Chapters was born. Our mission is to design tools and stories that make these transitions easier for children and families, helping them feel secure, connected, and proud of their journey.

 

Every product we create is built with care and understanding, because we know firsthand how important these moments are. We believe every child deserves to know their story, and every family deserves support as they write their next chapter together.
